The hotel offered complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival, which i found good. its location was very good. Most attractions were within walking distance. i was even able to access my netflix account on the smart tv provided.
the staff weren't cute at all and made me feel uncomfortable, i was unable to raise concerns about my room.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. I received an upgrade to a room with a balcony. an early check-in was accommodated (a lovely touch!).
My room was quite small. There was limited space for luggage storage. This impacted the overall comfort a bit.

the location was central. i especially liked how clean and modern the bathroom was, it had a rainfall shower.
My room was very small. I struggled to fully open my suitcase. there were also no tissues provided in the room, which i found inconvenient

The breakfast offered a fabulous choice including gorgeous homemade cakes. Reception staff members were both friendly and helpful . The location was superb, super accessible to main attractions and shops. I received a room upgrade. It was a REALLY lovely surprise.
The internal soundproofing could have been better, as I could hear some noise from other rooms.

The room i occupied was shockingly small, barely accommodating my suitcase. amenities were sparse. The view from the window was dispiriting. the price i paid for three nights felt unjustified given these shortcomings.
